Course Information

Course Title: Conducting Open Houses & Developing a Safety Plan (RE36R05)

• Added Bonus: learn some basic hands-on self-defense techniques

This continuing education class has been designed to help the real estate agents prepare to conduct safe, efficient open houses, keeping in mind agency relationships and establishing overall policies to help ensure homeowner and agent safety.  As an added bonus, participants will learn some basic hands-on self-defense techniques. Aside from being an approved real estate instructor, Scott Gordon, achieved his 1st degree black belt in American Freestyle Karate when he was 18 years of age. Scott has been teaching this class all over the State of MA for the last 20 years. Participation in the self-defense techniques is strictly optional.
