Completing this 40 hour state required pre-licensing course, qualifies you to sit for the State of Massachusetts Real Estate License examination. The course fee includes: textbooks and multiple practices exams. Some of the topics you’ll learn: Property Ownership, Land Use Controls & Regulations, Valuation & Market Analysis, Financing, Principles of Agency, Property Condition / Disclosures, Contract Law, Transfer of Title, Fair Housing, Antitrust, Consumer Protection Laws, Real Estate Calculations, etc.

You will learn how to prepare for the exam through various group discussions, break-out sessions, practice tests and fun games. Students educational experiences are further enhanced with guest lectures from mortgage & legal experts from time to time. *Student must attend all dates & times outlined above to receive their Certificate and qualify to sit for the state examination. If you can’t make all of the scheduled dates, students can make up missed classes.
