LIVE REAL-TIME INTERACTIVE ONLINE CLASSES VIA ZOOM
Completing this 40 hour state required pre-licensing course, qualifies you to sit for the State of Massachusetts Real Estate License examination. The course fee includes: textbooks and multiple practices exams. Some of the topics you’ll learn: Property Ownership, Land Use Controls & Regulations, Valuation & Market Analysis, Financing, Principles of Agency, Property Condition / Disclosures, Contract Law, Transfer of Title, Fair Housing, Antitrust, Consumer Protection Laws, Real Estate Calculations, etc.

Students educational experiences are further enhanced with guest lectures from mortgage & legal experts from time to time. Qualifications required after course completion:
- Current MA Real Estate Salesperson
- 3 YRS affiliation with MA Real Estate Brokerage. (Experience requirement can be with more than 1 brokerage but can’t be more than two years old at time of examination)
- Worked a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- $5,000 Surety Bond (Cost of bond is approx. $50 for 5 year period)
- 3 Character references
- CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information Inquiry)
- Not currently on probation or parole
- Filed & paid all state income taxes or made payment arrangements
