CLASS SUMMARY:

This course provides a comprehensive overview of all of the customary clauses that may typically be included in the Purchase and Sale Agreement (a/k/a, the “P&S”) for residential transactions. The P&S may include any additional clauses as agreed upon between the parties. It is important to recognize many clauses may be worded to benefit either Buyer or Seller.

As an agent practicing in both MA & NH, it’s critical that you understand the differences between the two states laws, regulations & contractual obligations.
