Course Information

SUMMARY:

This 2-day (6 hour) prep class was designed to prepare current licensees with the knowledge they need to pass the MA state portion of the real estate examination through reciprocity agreements. Attendees will learn Massachusetts Real Estate License Laws, rules & regulations and common practices.

The reciprocity agreement is applicable to current New Hampshire Brokers and Salespersons and Maine Brokers who have at least 3 years experience. (Experience requirement is only for the State of Maine licensees)
