SUMMARY:

This 2-day (6 hour) prep class was designed to prepare current licensees with the knowledge they need to pass the MA state portion of the real estate examination through reciprocity agreements. Attendees will learn Massachusetts Real Estate License Laws, rules & regulations and common practices.

The reciprocity agreement is applicable to current New Hampshire Brokers and Salespersons and Maine Brokers who have at least 3 years experience. (Experience requirement is only for the State of Maine licensees)

  The licensee understands and agrees they are required to turn their video & audio features on their device & be visible during the entire class in order to receive credits.

  Please be sure that your Zoom Screen Name is your full name. If we are unable to identify you when we take attendance, credits will not be issued. To change your screen name, place your cursor over the top right corner of your zoom video picture and three dots will appear. Click and select "rename." Type your name. If you have difficulty, ask the instructor for further assistance. Instructor will take screenshots during the meeting.

• DULY LICENSED ATTENDEE:

  Attendee is a duly licensed Real Estate Broker or Salesperson in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine.

• CE CERTIFICATES:
