These aspects are all very critical in your success of properly representing the property & your client. Material facts and defects must be disclosed to consumers upfront; prior to submitting an offer. Come learn what the state considers to be ‘material’ facts or defects. BUT BEWARE – disclosing some facts could get you in big trouble. The requirements differ whether you are the Buyer’s Agent or the Listing Agent.

The licensee understands and agrees they are required to turn their video & audio features on their device & be visible during the entire class in order to receive credits.

To change your screen name, place your cursor over the top right corner of your zoom video picture and three dots will appear. Click and select "rename." Type your name. If you have difficulty, ask the instructor for further assistance. Instructor will take screenshots during the meeting.

Attendee is a duly licensed Real Estate Broker or Salesperson in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine.
