• fiduciary duties “OLD-CAR” owed to clients vs. customers
• types of consumer relationships
• timing of disclosures
• proper use of single agency, sub-agency, dual agency, facilitator, designated agency & another relationship.
• company policy & record keeping requirements
• stigmatized property
• lead paint disclosure requirements
• home inspection law
• etc.
